Fun Ho! Red Plane

Question

I've attached a pic of a diecast plane which someone is trying to sell off as FUNHO!

It's not in the book...could it be a prototype that was never produced?

Do you know anything about this model???

It's meant to have a FUNHO sticker on it on the tail... [ G & N]

Attached is another photo I have been sent of the same plane recently.

You will see that there is a ( gold ) Fun Ho! transfer on the tail plane.

Yes - it is a genuine Fun Ho!, made prior to 1940 when there was a fire that burned all records.

My records go back to 1941 and I have always held out that there were several models that I have no records of, some of which I have seen and can vouch for, like this one. There is a smaller version of this one ... they are both copies of Hubley (?) USA toys, both of which are in the museum.

There are also the Kitchen scales, and the Coal Range, also on display and recorded in the blue book 4th edition. If you do get it I would be interested to hear about it.
